Should smartphones have an age requirement?

America has put age requirements in place to serve as roadblocks for young people looking to buy products such as alcohol, cigarettes, and guns, but today a concerned parent wants to apply those same standards to something else he thinks is quickly becoming a threat to American kids: smartphones.

We must strengthen families

Financial needs are stressing families, rates of marriage are decreasing and more families outsource child rearing to third parties. Families are becoming more fragile, and increasingly our institutions carry the burden.
