The Divorce Reform Bill, currently at the report stage in parliament, will introduce the concept of “no fault” to divorce proceedings in England and Wales. While divorce is often a sad experience, we must ensure that the impact on children is minimised.
Divorce reform means parenting doesn’t end when relationships do
The plans for no-fault divorces should be seen as a welcome step forward in reducing the impact on children of the parental blame game that is all too common in a divorce.
