Parenting advice usually has a negative effect on our family. First, it makes me feel guilty, because it exposes the reality that my feeble efforts are misguided, inconsistent and inadequate. Second, it unleashes a wave of attempted reforms that are unsurprisingly not welcomed by the subjects of the new policy. Eventually I abandon the initiative in exchange for peace.
Start the rules early to stop screen addicts
Take it from a parent who has learnt from experience: setting time limits must be the first thing you do, not the last.
